ANALYSIS OF CASES IN 2024

DATA SPEAK

The Office of the Ombudsperson (OOMP) compiles aggregate data and other findings to identify and analyze trends and problem areas that may require attention. This allows us to have a good sense of the “pulse” of the organization to raise awareness around underlying systemic issues embedded in our organizational culture.

We share this information with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Management and other decision-makers to resolve these systemic issues and recommend institutional changes without disclosing our sources.
